High level of insulation combined with the use of Solar Panels and MVHR on the development has meant that we have been able to achieve good energy performance levels. MVHR
MVHR is a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system. This helps towards the development’s energy ratings as the dwellings have very low air permeability and therefore lower heat loss while still maintaining appropriate levels of constant background ventilation.
